How fast will I get a response?
Form submissions and emails get a same-day response Mon-Sat. Phone calls during business hours typically pick up live. Outside of business hours we return by morning.
Do you travel outside the 100-mile radius?
We pour within a hundred-mile radius from our Walton Avenue shop by default. Outside the radius, call us. We travel for the right project, particularly for larger commercial work or referrals.
When can I schedule a walkthrough?
Walkthroughs typically book three to seven days out for residential and same week for commercial that needs scheduling around occupied hours. Pours then schedule four weeks out for residential and two weeks for commercial.
Can I get a rough price over the phone?
For most jobs we can give you a price range over the phone if you have the square footage and the system you are thinking about (metallic, flake, polished concrete, etc.). For a fixed-price proposal we still need to walk the slab.

Residential pricing for an epoxy floor in the Los Angeles market typically runs between the ranges quoted on our service pages, with the exact number determined by substrate condition, finish system, and square footage. Commercial pricing is always project-specific.
You get one fixed number, in writing, before any work starts. We set it after a free on-site walkthrough of about 30 minutes and email the proposal the next morning, so nothing gets added halfway through the pour.
