Polyaspartic Coatings in Anaheim.
A polyaspartic-only system (no underlying epoxy). Single-coat or two-coat polyaspartic poured directly onto prepped concrete. Cures faster than epoxy, UV-stable, and walkable in 24 hours. Often the topcoat over our other systems but also works as a standalone. Around Anaheim it covers sun-hit patios and pool decks and finishes the garage floors we pour in Olive Hills and Anaheim Hills.
Polyaspartic Coatings for Anaheim.

In Anaheim, polyaspartic does two jobs for us. It is the clear coat over every metallic and flake floor we pour, and it is the whole system where a patio, a pool deck or a business needs a surface that stands up to sun and goes back into use quickly.
The Anaheim angle
Anaheim gets the long, hot summers and mild winters of inland Orange County. Moisture in the slab climbs through the cooler months and falls off in the heat, so a polyaspartic job starts like every floor we pour, with a calibrated moisture reading on prep day. With no epoxy layer underneath, the polyaspartic sits right on the concrete, and that reading matters even more.
The system
- UV-stable formulation; clear coats stay water-white
- Fast cure: pour in the morning, walk on it the next morning
- Slip-rated and color-tint options
- Used as topcoat on every metallic and flake system we install
Anaheim pricing and timeline
Cost: A two-coat build costs more than single-coat, and square footage plus slab prep move the rest. We quote it flat once we have seen the substrate.
Timeline: One to two working days. Walkable 24 hours, full traffic 72 hours.
Lifespan: 10-20 years depending on traffic and exposure. UV-stable so won’t amber like uncoated epoxy.
Where in Anaheim
We coat patios, pool decks and garage floors across Anaheim Hills, Olive Hills and West Anaheim, and we take on fast-turnaround business floors anywhere from the Platinum Triangle to the Anaheim Resort. CA-57 and CA-91 get the crew there.

Where polyaspartic earns its keep in Anaheim.
Most of our polyaspartic work here comes down to sun or to time.

The last coat on every garage
Every metallic and flake garage we finish in Anaheim gets polyaspartic as its final coat. That clear layer takes the scuffs and the sun through an open door, and it stays water-white, so the color under it keeps looking the way it did when it went down.

Patios and pool decks
Outdoor slabs in Anaheim sit in full summer sun. Uncoated epoxy turns amber under UV, so outside we only use polyaspartic, which is UV-stable. Bare epoxy on a patio is something we will not install.

Rooms back the next day
One or two coats go straight onto prepped concrete, and the floor is walkable 24 hours later with full traffic at 72. That short cure is why Anaheim retail backrooms, restaurant kitchens and detail-shop bays get polyaspartic-only systems when the owner needs the floor back fast.

Questions before the call.
How fast can you pour polyaspartic coatings in Anaheim?
Our walkthrough usually happens three to seven days after you call. A residential coating books roughly four weeks out and a commercial one about two, and once we start, a standalone polyaspartic floor is one to two working days.
What sets the price of polyaspartic coatings in Anaheim?
Mostly the coat count and the footage: a two-coat build costs more than a single coat, and a bigger floor more than a small one. Slab prep moves it too, since polyaspartic goes straight onto the concrete and every crack has to be dealt with first.
Book the walkthrough first; it is free and does not take long. By the next morning you will have a fixed-price proposal in your inbox, written so there are no change orders in the middle of the job.
How long does polyaspartic coatings take to install?
A standalone polyaspartic floor is usually one to two working days, prep included. When it goes on as the topcoat over metallic or flake, it fits inside that system’s install days.
Once the final coat is down, stay off it for 24 hours. At 72 hours the floor takes full vehicle traffic.
How long will my polyaspartic coatings last?
On its own, a polyaspartic floor is spec’d for 10 to 20 years, depending on traffic and how much sun it sees. It is UV-stable, so it will not amber the way uncoated epoxy does.
Over a metallic or flake floor it is the wear layer. On a hard-used garage that clear coat is the part we eventually refresh, while the color coat under it stays bonded to the slab.
What color options does a polyaspartic floor have?
The clear coats stay water-white, so whatever sits under them, a metallic floor, a flake floor or bare concrete, shows through without yellowing.
A standalone polyaspartic floor can also be color-tinted, and there are slip-rated versions where traction matters. For a specific shade or a pattern, the color comes from the metallic or flake layer we pour first, with polyaspartic sealed over it.
What happens after the floor is poured?
Keep the written job spec we hand you at the final walk. If the gloss layer ever needs a refresh, that sheet tells us what is already on the floor.
Upkeep is a mop and a bucket of water. The topcoat carries the protection, so you never roll on sealer or schedule a yearly wax.
