Outside the radius.
If your project is outside the hundred-mile mark, call us. We travel for larger commercial work, referrals, and any project that has the scope to justify the road time. We have poured floors as far south as the San Diego naval-housing market and as far north as San Luis Obispo on the right project.
Questions before the call.
How fast can you get a crew out to my city?
Most of our 48 cities are within ninety minutes of the shop in normal traffic. Walkthroughs typically schedule three to seven days out. Pours then book four weeks out for residential and two weeks for commercial.
Do you charge extra for cities farther from the shop?
Cities within the 100-mile radius price the same as Los Angeles itself. The pricing variability is in substrate condition and system choice, not in geography.
What if my city is not on the list?
The 48 cities listed are the ones we pour in most often. If your city is in Southern California and you have a residential or commercial project, call. We almost certainly cover it.
How long does a city visit take to install?
Plan on two to three working days for a typical home, counting prep through the final topcoat. Commercial floors and bigger residential jobs take longer, anywhere from four to fifteen days, set by the system spec, the slab’s condition and the square footage.
The cure is quick. Foot traffic is fine a day after the topcoat, and vehicles can come back in after three days.
What makes Concrete 2 Coatings different from other contractors?
Three things, honestly. One, the owner walks every job and is on every prep day. We are not a franchise. Two, we are licensed and trained across resinous coatings AND decorative concrete AND structural slabs. Most LA shops pick one trade. Three, surface prep is non-negotiable: diamond-grind to CSP-3, HEPA-vacuum, re-grind. Most cosmetic failures trace back to skipped prep.
Pour where you need it.
Tell us the city and the square footage. We will get a walkthrough on the calendar within a week.
